Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Fazaa Deal Card LLC ("Fazaa," "we," "us," or "our") may provide refunds for purchases of our Fazaa Deal Card. By purchasing a Fazaa Deal Card, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy.

2. Non-Activated Cards

If you have purchased a Fazaa Deal Card but have not yet activated it, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

• You request a refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase date.
• The physical card (if applicable) is returned to us in its original, unused condition.
• You provide proof of purchase.

In such cases, we will process a refund of the purchase price less an administrative fee of 50 AED. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3. Activated Cards

Once a Fazaa Deal Card has been activated, it is non-refundable. This policy is in place because:

• The Fazaa Deal Card provides immediate access to discounts and offers upon activation.
• The value of the card is in the discounts and offers it provides, which become available immediately upon activation.
• We incur costs in establishing and maintaining the partner network that provides these discounts and offers.

By activating your Fazaa Deal Card, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund after activation, regardless of how frequently you use the card or the amount of savings you realize.

4. Exceptions

Notwithstanding the above, we may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances, such as:

• If there is a demonstrable defect in the Fazaa Deal Card that prevents its use as intended.
• If we are unable to provide the services associated with the Fazaa Deal Card as described at the time of purchase.
• If required by applicable law.

5. Cancellation by Fazaa

We reserve the right to cancel a Fazaa Deal Card at any time if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the card has been used in a manner that violates our Terms and Conditions or is otherwise fraudulent, unlawful, or improper.

In the event of cancellation by Fazaa for such reasons, you will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid.

6. Refund Processing

When a refund is approved, we will process it within 10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your payment provider and may take an additional 5-10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we may issue the refund by an alternative method at our discretion.

7. Partner Purchases

This Refund Policy applies only to the purchase of the Fazaa Deal Card itself and not to purchases made from our partners using the Fazaa Deal Card. For refunds of products or services purchased from partners, please refer to the refund policy of the specific partner.

8. Changes to this Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Fazaa Deal Card after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Refund Policy.
