1. Introduction

Welcome to the Fazaa Deal Card program. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Fazaa Deal Card and the related services offered by Fazaa Deal Card LLC. By applying for, activating, or using the Fazaa Deal Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The Fazaa Deal Card program is designed to provide cardholders with discounts and special offers at participating partners across the UAE. Our goal is to make premium experiences more accessible through our extensive partner network.

2. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

• "Fazaa," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Fazaa Deal Card LLC, the operator of the Fazaa Deal Card program.
• "Cardholder," "you," or "your" refers to the individual who has applied for and been issued a Fazaa Deal Card.
• "Card" refers to the Fazaa Deal Card issued to Cardholders.
• "Partner" refers to any establishment that has agreed to offer discounts or special offers to Fazaa Deal Cardholders.
• "Discount" refers to any special pricing, offer, or benefit provided by Partners to Fazaa Deal Cardholders.

3. Card Issuance and Activation

To be eligible for a Fazaa Deal Card, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Provide accurate and complete information during the application process.
• Pay the applicable card fee.

Upon successful application and payment, your Fazaa Deal Card will be issued and delivered to your specified address within 3-5 business days. You must activate your card through our website or by phone before it can be used.

4. Card Usage

The Fazaa Deal Card:

• Is non-transferable and may only be used by the Cardholder whose name appears on the card.
• Must be presented at participating Partners at the time of purchase to receive applicable discounts.
• Does not guarantee discounts at all times and may be subject to specific conditions imposed by Partners.
• Cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless specifically permitted by the Partner.
• Is valid for the period specified on the card, typically one year from the date of activation.

5. Partner Discounts

Discounts and offers:

• Are determined solely by our Partners and may vary from time to time.
• May be subject to specific terms and conditions imposed by Partners.
• May exclude certain products, services, or peak periods as determined by Partners.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotional offers unless specifically permitted.

While we strive to ensure all Partner information is accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee the availability of any specific discount or offer. Partners may join or leave the Fazaa network at any time.

6. Card Validity and Renewal

Your Fazaa Deal Card is valid for the period specified on the card, typically one year from the date of activation. Prior to expiration, we will contact you with renewal options. Renewal is at your discretion and will require payment of the then-current renewal fee.

7. Card Replacement

If your Fazaa Deal Card is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact our customer service immediately. A replacement card may be issued for a nominal fee. Your original card will be deactivated to prevent unauthorized use.

8. Refund Policy

The Fazaa Deal Card fee is non-refundable once the card has been activated. However, if you have not activated your card and request a refund within 14 days of purchase, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund less an administrative fee.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information and is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

10. Limitations of Liability

Fazaa Deal Card LLC:

• Is not responsible for the quality of products or services provided by Partners.
• Does not warrant that Partner discounts will be available at all times.
• Is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Fazaa Deal Card.
• Reserves the right to modify the Partner network and available discounts at any time without prior notice.

11. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Fazaa Deal Card after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your Fazaa Deal Card if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms and Conditions or have used the card in a manner that is fraudulent, unlawful, or otherwise improper. In the event of termination, you will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
